Mutum Waterfall

The exotic rust-colored Waterfall with holes that transform into natural jacuzzis in the Amazon.

Mutum Waterfall , which is also the name of a bird in the region, is located in the city of Presidente Figueiredo, a municipality located 107 km from Manaus, also known as “land of waterfalls”.

These immense holes are geological formations originating from the constant action of water, which infiltrates between the rocks and excavates these holes of different sizes, the features can reach up to seven meters deep.

The yellowish, brown and rusty water rushes towards the waterfall. The Mutum waterfall is large and strong, causing a feeling of renewal in the midst of nature.
